Teamer, a leading sports technology platform with over 2 million users in 50 countries is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Executive to join our expanding team.

The successful candidate will have a keen interest in sport, a positive attitude with excellent communication and trouble-shooting skills. You will have a passion for ensuring the highest levels of customer service across the Teamer community!
Qualifications
You will:
Successfully resolve issues for our customers received over phone, email and social media.
Develop a strong understanding of all our applications to better support the Teamer community.
Develop initiatives on how customer support can be improved across all facets of the business.
Proactively work with sales, marketing and product teams to communicate customer support issues, success stories and feeding back on improvements in product development.
You have:
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Previous customer support experience essential, including experience dealing with customers over the phone.
A knowledge of Zendesk or other ticket tracking systems.
A calm, professional demeanour. You are well organised and able to work independently.
Proficiency in German, Spanish, Italian or French would be advantageous.
